Featuring the ultimate in power, fidelity, reliability and control, the VP Series is perfectly suited for a wide variety of demanding, professional applications. With the VP Series, JBL engineers transcend the natural evolution of self-powered speaker system development by integrating proven Differential Drive® transducers and a next-generation high frequency compression driver with the JBL DrivePack® technology platform, developed not only to deliver the best sound available, they are also very user-friendly while offering an unprecedented level of intelligent control and monitoring capability. The VTX V25 is a full size 3-way high-directivity line array element. The VTX V25 features two 2000W 15″ Differential Drive® woofers mounted in die cast aluminum baffles, with four 8″ Differential Drive midrange transducers and three of the revolutionary new D2 Dual-Diaphragm Dual-Voice-Coil Compression Drivers mounted on a 3rd generation waveguide and patented RBI – Radiation Boundary Integrator assembly. Patented rigging, Crown VRack DSP and amplification, and JBL HiQnet Performance Manager™ configuration and control software complete the system package.
JBL DrivePack® units incorporate Crown Audio’s BCA (Balanced Current Amplification) Class I circuitry, with temperature-compensated modulation. Crown’s state-of-the-art feedback circuitry enables lower noise and distortion specifications than any other high-power switching amplifier on the market, allowing JBL DrivePacks to set a new standard for low-noise and distortion performance in digital amplification. Three-channel units offer a full rated output power of at least 6,000W Peak, 3,000W Continuous. This is accomplished with a highly efficient passive cooling system using optimal heat spreading for overall cooler operation…without noisy, expensive cooling fans. When driven at the high levels often required for professional sound reinforcement, JBL DrivePacks can provide even higher fidelity than traditional analog amplifier circuitry.

Superior horizontal coverage, pristine linear phase OmniDriveHD™ sound quality and rock solid LevelMax™ limiting are significant enhancements to VERTEC’s already acclaimed performance. Full system integration is available with Crown VRACK or JBL Drivepack® DPDA modules using HiQnet Performance Manager or Powered by Crown app software for efficient configuration management and control.
