Gert’s Background is over 20 years of experience in the Live Sound Industry as a System Engineer and Front of House Engineer for a variety of tours and events that range from corporate events to large scale stadium tours, Broadway shows and all major UK Festivals. However he is best known as Deep Purple’s Front of House Engineer and a long standing Soundcraft user.
Gert will provide training for the newly purchased VTX system. The two day training will cover all aspects of VTX application from System Design, Performance Manager, and System Configuration to Show Operation.
The applicants attending the training will receive a certificate of participation.
A big part of Gert’s role is after purchase support. This ranges from show support to configuration and design advice.
At the Frankfurt Pro Light and Sound show in March of this year Gert organised the JBL VTX launch and various demo events around the EMEA Region.
Gert will also provide and organize the Soundcraft Mixing with Professionals Program for the EMEA Region. This Program has proven vital in the understanding and promotion of the Soundcraft Vi Range. This program will touch all aspects of digital audio in a real world context.
